Manually pay your Shoplazza subscription fee

Managing your Shoplazza subscription effectively is important to keep your store running smoothly. While automatic payments are convenient, there may be times when manually paying your subscription fee provides greater control and flexibility. Here's a simple guide on how to handle these payments in various situations:

For new users during the 7-Day trial

If you’re new to Shoplazza and currently in your 7-day trial, upgrading to a paid plan before the trial ends will ensure your store continues to operate without any interruptions.

Upgrade options:

  1. Upgrade directly: Log in to your Shoplazza admin, go to Settings > Plan & Billing > Upgrade now.
  2. Choose and subscribe to a plan: In the Shoplazza admin, go to Settings > Plan & Billing and find the Choose Plan section. Select your preferred plan and click Subscribe.

For active plans without auto-renew

If you’re on a paid plan but haven’t enabled auto-renewal, it's essential to manually renew or upgrade your plan before it expires to avoid service disruptions.

Renewal and upgrade methods:

  1. Renew early: Log in to your Shoplazza admin, go to Settings > Plan & Billing, locate Purchased plans, and click Renew in advance. Choose your payment method (either a saved one or a new card) to complete the renewal or upgrade.
  2. Upgrade your plan: Within Plan & Billing, locate Purchased plans, choose Upgrade now, select your preferred plan, and proceed with the payment.

For expired subscriptions due to unsuccessful auto-renewal

If your subscription has expired due to an unsuccessful auto-renewal, you can manually pay the fee to reactivate your store. This might happen if there’s an issue with your payment method, such as insufficient funds.

Manual payment process:

  • Respond to the notification: Log in to your Shoplazza admin. A pop-up will notify you that the auto-renewal was unsuccessful. Click Update now to begin the manual payment process.
  • Retry the payment: Navigate to Plan & Billing and select Retry now.
  • Confirm your payment: A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click Confirm to finalize the payment.
  • Resolve any issues: If the payment doesn’t go through, check your payment method for issues like insufficient funds.
    • Add a new payment method by going to Settings > Plan & Billing > Manage payment methods.
    • Select Visa, MasterCard, or another international card, check the box to agree to the Shoplazza Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and then click Confirm to complete the process.
  • Retry the payment after updating: Once the new payment method is added, click Retry now to complete the payment.

Note

To avoid any interruptions in your store’s operations, always ensure you have a valid payment method linked to your account. Consider renewing or upgrading your plan a few days before it expires. If your payment method needs to be updated, address this as soon as possible to prevent any service disruptions.

Following these steps will help you efficiently manage manual payments and keep your Shoplazza store running smoothly.
