How do I create an FAQ page in my store's footer?

An FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page is a valuable tool for gathering customer feedback and gauging their satisfaction. By understanding and addressing common inquiries, you can refine the purchasing process in your store and enhance the overall shopping experience. Here’s a guide to adding an FAQ page to your store's footer.

Adding an FAQ page to your Footer menu

1. From your Shoplazza admin, go to Online Store > Custom Pages and click Add page.

2. Under Page settings, name your page, add your content, then select Save.

3. After finalizing your edits, move to Online store > Navigation and edit the Footer menu by clicking on the edit icon.

4. Click Add menu item.

5. Name the menu item, link it to a Custom page, click Add, and then click Confirm.

6. After adding the menu item, review it on the Edit menu page. Click Save to complete the process.

7. Click and drag the drop icon to reorganize the menu items.

Adding an FAQ page in your theme

1. Head to over to your Shoplazza Admin > Online store > Themes and Customize your target theme.

2. Select Pages from the upper dropdown menu, click Add page to link to the corresponding page, and then choose Create.

3. Access your new FAQ page by clicking on its header title. In this section, select Add section to include a FAQs section.

4. Utilize the editing tools on the left to modify the text as needed.

5. For more content, click Add block to create additional Questions and Rich text blocks. Complete the process by clicking Save draft and then Publish to instantly go live.


You can create up to 5 Questions and Rich text blocks.
