1. Discount code/Rebate campaigns now support exclusion of specific products/collections

  • Usage scenario:

when a merchant creates a discount code/rebate campaign and wants certain products not to participate in the campaign, they can specify which products/collections are not applicable to the event. This results in a faster way to create discount code/rebate campaigns that exclude specific products and improves efficiency when configuring campaigns.

3. Display section optimization for Bundle sales: the strikethrough price will be the total selling price of all bundle products

  • Usage scenario: the strikethrough price of the bundle sales that consumers see on the product details page is now optimized to the total selling price of all bundle products, which used to be the sum of the original prices of all bundle products.

4. Quick Facebook account opening (for merchants in China only)

  • Usage scenario: Shoplazza integrates the Yinolink quick account opening channel to facilitate merchants to create Facebook advertising accounts. This feature currently only supports merchants in China.

5. GMC product precheck optimization: supports selection for all products on the current page or all products in the list

  • Usage scenario: we optimized this feature to allow merchants to quickly select the products on the current page or all products in the precheck list.

6. New feature in Reports: view conversion funnel by SPU

  • Usage scenario: view the conversion funnel by SPU, adding the fields of net sales, number of views, and number of add-to-cart to help merchants analyze product conversions from the SPU dimension. We now also support actions such as previewing products, viewing charts, and editing products to facilitate merchants optimize products based on data results.

7. Feature update: view charts by SPU/SKU

  • Usage scenario: viewing charts by SPU/SKU adopts a brand-new visual scheme and is optimized for adaptive interaction. In the SPU dimension viewing chart, we added a conversion rate trend chart to facilitate merchants to pay attention to the conversion rate changes of specific products.

8. Data overview dashboard optimization

  • Usage scenario: we optimized the display fields and sorting of the line chart of the overview dashboard, so that users can observe the store operations more intuitively. The new sorting order is total sales, order volume, visitors, users who placed an order, and conversion rate.

9. Copywriting optimization for amount-related data fields

  • Usage scenario: We organized and standardized the statistical caliber of the amount-related data in each report to more accurately describe the amount-related fields and calculation methods. We also added necessary remark information to help merchants better understand the calculation method of the data, such as net sales = total selling price - discount.

10. Process optimization for domain connection

  • Usage scenario: we now provide merchants with clearer guidance on the domain connection process and support one-click automatic connection for Godaddy domains, improving the efficiency of the connection process.
  • Usage path: Settings > Domains > Click on "Connect existing domain"
  • Features introduction:
    • If you don't have an existing domain when entering the domain connection process, you can visit the Help Center to learn how to purchase a domain.

At the step "Set up domain," merchants can visit the Help Center for instructions on modifying DNS settings on Godaddy, Alibaba Cloud, and hover platforms. If you are connecting to a Godaddy domain, you can use the one-click automatic connection function.

The next step is to verify the connection, and you can view the verification result. Sometimes the service provider data may not be updated on time. If you have confirmed that the DNS settings are correct, you can add the domain to the domain list first, and the system will verify the connection again at regular intervals. After successful verification, the domain status will automatically change to "Connected."

11. All themes support the use of Platform Traffic Diversion Tools app

  • Usage scenario: to allow merchants to use Platform Traffic Diversion Tools in more themes, we have optimized the app to be compatible with all themes, and merchants can use it on the product details page.
  • Usage path:
    • To upgrade your theme: Online store > Themes > ... > Upgrade
    • To use Platform Traffic Diversion Tools: Apps > Platform Traffic Diversion Tools

12. Discount with purchase now supports quick selection of applicable products by collections

  • Usage scenario: when a merchant creates a discount with purchase campaign and wants a whole collection to participate in the event, they can now do so, improving efficiency when configuring campaigns.
  • Usage path:Marketing > Discount with purchase > Create/Edit campaign
  • Features introduction:

1. Create/Edit a discount with purchase activity > Scope of application > Choose "Select collections"

2. You can choose any collection that has not participated in other discount with purchase campaigns.

Tips: If a product is included in multiple collections that are participating in different campaigns, it will be participating in the latest discount with purchase campaign of any of its collections.

13. New features added in Product Option: "Image editing" and "Image preview"

  • Usage scenario: for customers who need to edit and preview their uploaded images
  • Usage rules: if a merchant uses the "Image Upload" feature, two new sections "PHOTO" and "DESIGN" will appear above the original atlas. Customers can click PHOTO to display the original atlas, and click DESIGN to display the preview effect of the uploaded images. When customers upload images, they can edit them in the preview box and preview them on time. The final preview image (the last effect image in the preview box when the customer places an order) and the material image (the original image uploaded by the customer) will be sent to the order together.

    • When customers click "DESIGN" and upload images, they can edit and preview multiple images.

Image editing: customers can modify the size, stretch, rotate, and adjust the layer order of the image. Click the check mark to save when they finish editing. The final effect image will be imported into the order when they add the product to the cart.

14. Wintopay now supports refund

  • Usage scenario: merchants can now initiate refunds from Shoplazza admin for transactions made via Wintopay.
  • Usage path:
    • Configuration entrance for business-end: Payments > Wintopay
    • Entrance to initiate a refund at the customer-end:
  • Features introduction:
    • Merchants can initiate refunds for transactions made via Wintopay on the order page.

15. Integrate Citcon into the dispute order center

  • Usage path: Orders > Dispute
  • Features introduction:
    • Merchants can filter Citcon and view all chargeback transaction information under this channel in the dispute order center.
