Complete the onboarding process before launching your store

Preparing your store for launch involves confirming key settings and ensuring customer accessibility. Based on your store details, a pre-configured theme and generated terms and policies have been set up, streamlining the process. Review these settings, make any necessary adjustments, and remove store access restrictions to make your website fully accessible.

Confirm theme and policy settings

The theme and store policies are automatically generated but should be customized before publishing.

1. Review the theme: Go to your Shoplazza admin > Online Store > Themes, then click View to preview the theme. Ensure this is the version you want to publish or make any necessary adjustments before launching.

2. Check terms and policies: Navigate to Online Store > Custom page in your Shoplazza admin, open the terms and policies pages to review the automatically generated content, and make edits as needed to ensure they align with your store's requirements.

Remove password protection

New stores are initially password-protected. Before removing the password, an active billing method must be linked to make the store publicly accessible.

1. Add a billing method: Go to your Shoplazza admin > Settings > Plan and Billing, then add a valid payment method to activate your store.

2. Disable password protection: Navigate to Settings > Store information, locate the Password protection section, turn off password protection, and click Save.

Once these steps are complete, your store will be open to all visitors.

Note

A free 7-day trial is available. To continue using the service after the trial, a subscription plan must be selected and activated.

Completing these steps ensures your store is fully set up and ready for customers. Reviewing your theme, confirming store policies, and removing password protection will help create a seamless shopping experience. With everything in place, your store is ready to go live, allowing you to focus on growing your business and providing great customer service.
