Supported Payment Methods through Pacypay
Link Pacypay with Shoplazza - Channel
1. From your Shoplazza admin, go to Settings > Payments.
2. Click Add payment method/Manage, then click Search by payment method/Search by payment provider.
3. Navigate to Pacypay, then click Manage.
4. On the Manage page, you can choose to enable Credit card and Alternative payment method

1. In the Credit card section on the Pacypay channel manage page, fill in Account information (Merchant ID and MD5Key).
2. Select the Accept credit card type.
3. Select the channel supported function at Function management.
4. Click Activate, then you can collect payment through Pacypay (Credit card).
Link Pacypay with Shoplazza - Alternative payment method
1. In the Alternative payment method section on the Pacypay channel manage page, fill in Account information (Merchant ID and MD5Key).
2. Click Add local payment method.
3. Select the local payment method as needed.
4. Click Activate, then you can collect payment through Pacypay (Alternative payment method).
This guide is for merchants who sell in Brazil and Chile.
According to compliance requirements, users are required to provide Taxpayer Identification Number (CPF) information to receive payments in Brazil and Chile. If there is no tax ID in the transaction information, the transaction will be rejected. Therefore, if you need to use Oceanpayment to receive money in Brazil and Chile, please be sure to enable tax ID collection.
The detailed setting path is as follows:
1. From your Shoplazza admin, go to Settings > Checkout.
2. Navigate to Taxpayer Identification Number, and then Enable Brazil/Chile tax ID number collection.
