If you want to use dLocal for payment collection, activate your dLocal account, and then go to the dLocal admin to link your store IP. After that, activate dLocal to receive payment and the feature can be conducted normally. These steps will guide you through the process.
1. Acquire your store IP. You can contact us through our online customer support to get your store IP.
2. Log into the dLocal admin. (dLocal Merchant Dashboard )
3. From your dLocal admin, go to Settings > Integration.
4. Locate the IP whitelist and fill in your store IP to the IP address or range column.
You only need to add your store IP once in the dLocal admin, and there is no need to link your store IP again when using other dLocal payment methods.
