dLocal

dLocal serves more than 450 clients, including the digital entertainment industry, e-commerce trading companies, software service companies, travel service providers, and global e-commerce platforms. Customers rely on dLocal to achieve one-stop access to more than 300 local payment methods. dLocal also helps customers pay millions of payments to partners, procurement suppliers, and cooperative merchants in emerging markets around the world. If you already have a registered dLocal account, choose to link dLocal as the payment channel. Go to Link dLocal with Shoplazza to check out the detailed steps.

Link dLocal with Shoplazza - Channel

1. From your Shoplazza admin, go to Settings > Payments.

2. Click Add payment method/Manage, then click Search by payment method/Search by payment provider.

3. Navigate to dLocal, then click Activate.

4. On the Manage page, you can choose to enable Credit card, Alternative payment method and Redirect payment.

Note

Credit card and Redirect payment can not be enabled at the same time.

Link dLocal with Shoplazza - Credit card

1. In the Credit card section on the dLocal channel manage page, fill in Account informationx_login, x_trans_key and Secret Key).

2. Select the Accept credit card type.

3. Select the channel supported function at Function management.

4. Click Activate, then you can collect payment through dLocal (Credit card).

Link dLocal with Shoplazza - Alternative payment method

1. In the Alternative payment method section on the dLocal channel manage page, fill in Account information (x_login, x_trans_key and Secret Key).

2. Click Add local payment method

3. Select the local payment method as needed.

4. Click Activate, then you can collect payment through dLocal (Alternative payment method).

Link dLocal with Shoplazza - Redirect payment

1. In the Redirect payment section on the dLocal channel manage page, fill in Account information (x_login, x_trans_key and Secret Key).

2. Click Add payment method

3. Select payment methods as needed.

4. Click Activate, then you can collect payment through dLocal (Redirect payment).

TIN Collection -  Brazil and Chile 
This guide is for merchants who sell in Brazil and Chile.
According to compliance requirements, users are required to provide Taxpayer Identification Number (CPF) information to receive payments in Brazil and Chile. If there is no tax ID in the transaction information, the transaction will be rejected. Therefore, if you need to use Oceanpayment to receive money in Brazil and Chile, please be sure to enable tax ID collection.

The detailed setting path is as follows: 

1. From your Shoplazza admin, go to Settings > Checkout.

2. Navigate to Taxpayer Identification Number, and then Enable Brazil/Chile tax ID number collection.
