A shipping zone is a group of countries or regions that have the same shipping rates. For example, if your business has a warehouse in Canada that ships to anywhere in North America for the same flat rate, then you can create a shipping zone that includes all the North American countries and charge that same shipping fee to all your North American customers.
Customers can order products from your store only if the country or region where they want the order shipped to is included in one of your shipping zones.

Add a shipping zone
- From your Shoplazza admin, go to Settings > Shipping > Manage shipping rates.
- Click Manage profile where you want to add a shipping zone.
- In the shipping zone section, click Create shipping zone.
- Enter a name for the shipping zone.
- Select the countries and regions that you want to be in the zone.
- Click Confirm.
- Add the shipping rates that you want for the zone, and then click Save.
Edit a zone
Within a group of locations in a shipping profile, a country or region can only exist in one shipping zone. You must remove a country or region from one shipping zone before adding it to another.
- From your Shoplazza admin, go to Settings > Shipping > Manage shipping rates.
- Click Manage profile where you want to edit a zone.
- In the shipping zone section, click Edit.
- Make any changes, and then click Confirm.
- Click Save.
Copy Shipping Zone
- From your Shoplazza admin, go to Settings > Shipping > Manage shipping rates.
- Click Manage profile where you want to copy a zone settings.
- In the shipping zone section, click Copy.
- Enter the Zone name and decide if Cash on delivery is available.
- Select the shipping zone to be copied and decide if all rates for this zone will be copied.
- Click OK and Save.
Delete a zone
- From your Shoplazza admin, go to Settings > Shipping > Manage shipping rates.
- Click Manage profile where you want to delete a zone.
- In the shipping zone section, click Delete.
- Click Save.
