How to Enable Customer Privacy Protection?

When your store sells to the country/region where relevant legal requirements for privacy regulations are required, you need to enable customer privacy protection. For example, by placing relevant prompt banners, your store can avoid violating the Electronic Privacy Directive and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) promulgated by the European Union.


  1. From your Shoplazza admin, go to Settings > Store information. 
  2. Navigate to Customer Privacy section.
  3. Enable the button on the right side of the section.
  4. Click Save to complete the setting.
