If you want to use dLocal for payment collection, please link your dLocal account in the store's payment channel, and then go to the dLocal admin to link your store IP. After that, activate dLocal to receive payment and the feature can be conducted normally. These steps will guide you through the process.
1. Acquire your store IP. You can contact us through our online customer support to get your store IP.
2. Log into the dLocal admin. (https://dashboard.dlocal.com)
3. After you log in, you can find the IP whitelist on the Integration page of Settings. Copy the store IP to the IP address or range. Click add to link your store IP.
You only need to link your store IP once in the dLocal admin, and there is no need to link the store IP again when using other dLocal payment channels.
