Airwallex (APM)

Through the SHOPLAZZA admin, you can set up and add your Airwallex APM payment collection account which can help the customers use localized payment solutions more easily and earn a smooth shopping experience.

The premise is that you have already created an Airwallex account and the account obtains the payment collection feature of localized payment solutions.

* If you do not have an Airwallex payment collection account,  please contact your Airwallex sales manager or send an email to We will arrange service staff and open accounts for you as soon as possible.

Link Airwallex with SHOPLAZZA

1. Start here: SHOPLAZZA Admin > Settings > Payments > Alternative Payment Methods > Choose payment collection method > Airwallex > Enable


2. Log in to your Airwallex admin*:

Navigation Menu> 【Developer】> API Keys:

  • Client ID
  • API Key
  • Webhook Secret Key

3. Obtain the Client ID

Log in to your Airwallex admin and click Copy to get the Client ID on the Developer Keys page. If you are setting up a sub-account, you need to check with the sales manager or account manager of Airwallex to confirm whether to set it up.


4. Generate Client API Key

Click 【Generate client API key】below the client ID and enter your login password after getting a notification. Then your client API key is created.




The old API Key will be invalid after a new one is generated. Please pay attention to the operation here. If you press the Generate Client API Key button by mistake, please note that you need to replace all website settings bound to the account.

5. Add Notification Link, Subscribe Events and Get Secret Key

Click Add Notification Link in the Webhook area at the bottom of the Developer page.







6. Fill in the following information into the Add Notification URL.

-Notification URL:

(There is a hyphen between airwallex and callback, without spaces)

-Select the latest version.

7. Go to the Events page, select Collection, and a drop-down menu will appear.


8. Fill in the events you want to subscribe to with the following information:

  • Order - Created, Canceled, Succeeded
  • Transaction Request - Request Failed
  • Refund - Request Received, Succeeded, Failed

9. Go back to the Webhook after saving successfully. Click the view icon in the Key, enter the login password, and get the key.


10. Fill in the Client ID, Merchant ID and Webhook Secret Key in SHOPLAZZA Admin.



11. Click Add local payment methods and choose your supported localized payment solutions.



12. Click Activate to complete the link.
