Merchants can activate the Post code / zip validation in the Shoplazza admin. When customers fill in the post code / zip in the checkout process, the format of the post code / zip will be automatically verified. Currently, countries that support post code / zip verification include the United Kingdom, United States, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, and Colombia.

How to activate the Post code / zip validation

1. Start here: Shoplazza admin > Settings > Checkout > Post code / zip validation

2. Choose target countries / regions and click the switch button to enable post code/zip format check.

3. Click Save to complete the setup.

Note 

*Format check for the United Kingdom is activated by default, and manual disabling is not supported.
