Order lookup

Storefront users can look up the detailed information of the order by entering the order number and contact information (email/mobile phone number left when placing the order) through the order look-up function added by the merchant. Merchants can also add the entry to the menu navigation or button on the sections.

• View a single order: Enter the order number and contact information (email/mobile phone number left when placing the order) to query the detailed information of the order.
• View the historical order: Enter the registered email address to view historical orders.

How Do I Add Order Look Up to My Store

1. Start here: SHOPLAZZA admin > Online store > Navigation

2. Select Order lookup at the Menu items Link to add the order lookup entry at the menu navigation

3. Go to the theme editor to add the Menu navigation to your homepage and you can see the Order lookup link added.

4. In the theme editor, merchants can also choose to select Order lookup in the link selection sections to add an order lookup entry. For example, you can add the order lookup link in the Slide section.

5. View a single order: Enter the order number and contact information (email/mobile phone number left when placing the order) to query the detailed information of the order.

6. View the historical order: click View history orders, enter the order email address/registered email address, and enter the verification code to view the historical order records of the email address.
