How to Enable the Tipping App?

1. Start here: SHOPLAZZA admin > Apps > > Visit App Store > Tipping

2. Click Install app to start the process.

3. On the Tip setting page, click Go to setting to proceed.  

4. Set 3 tip options, all options ​​are in percentage.

Note

• The tip is calculated on the cart’s subtotal (with discounts) before taxes and shipping.
• Tips are subject to credit card fees or transaction fees because they’re part of the order total.

5. Enable the tip option at the checkout page and click Save.

6. Return to Dashboard (App details page), You can view the data performance of the tip app on the page.

7. Go to the store checkout page to see the effect.

8. Customers can add the tip as a percentage of the order total or as a custom amount.

9. Customers can also choose not to tip.
