What is the difference between manually enabling Facebook Conversion API (CAPI) and activating Facebook Business?

To activate the Facebook data report(enhanced) needs to activate the Facebook Business first. But some customers can't authorize the Facebook business due to permission issues, so they don’t have access to this feature.

For this reason, we launched the CAPI report. When customers need to add the reporting function, and they cannot authorize the Facebook Business because of their own permissions, we can recommend that customers can enhance data reporting by linking pixel ID and access token.

Therefore, the effects and functions of the two plug-ins are actually the same, but the difference lies in the usage and scenarios.
