Activate Facebook Pixel and Conversion API(CAPI) manually

Facebook Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI) are two powerful tools that can help you track and optimize the performance of your Facebook advertising campaigns. You can use CAPI to track offline conversions, optimize your ad campaigns based on real-world data, and measure the impact of your Facebook ads on your overall business performance.

Steps

1. From your Shoplazza Admin > Marketing > Facebook > Activate Facebook Pixel and Conversion API manually for enhanced data reporting > Click Activate manually.

2. In the pop-up window, you will add the Pixel ID and Access Token and click Confirm after adding.

Note

If you don't have a Facebook Pixel ID or Access token, you can follow the guide to create a new one.

3. Once CAPI is set up, you can also add pixels to create custom audiences, track conversions, and optimize your ad campaigns based on user behavior.
