Supported Payment Methods through Pacypay (Direct)

Link Pacypay (Direct) with SHOPLAZZA

1. Start here: SHOPLAZZA admin > Settings > Payments > Credit Card > Choose payment collection method.

2. Select Pacypay (Direct) and click to proceed.

3. Fill in the following account information on the channel management page, and click Activate to complete the binding and activation of the account.

• Fill in the Account information
• Select the Accept credit card type
• Select the channel supported function at Function management

3. After completing the account link, you can collect payment through Pacypay (Direct).

Notes

According to the transaction requirements, Brazil and Chile transaction information must include a tax ID.

For Brazil: CPF/CNPJ    

For Chile: RUT

If there is no tax ID in the transaction information, the transaction will be rejected. If you receive payments from these two countries, be sure to enable tax ID collection at SHOPLAZZA admin.

The detailed setting path is as follows: SHOPLAZZA admin > Store Settings > Checkout > Taxpayer Identification Number > Enable Brazil/Chile tax ID number collection.
