Why is it unable to complete payment after adding the PayPal payment channel?

You have to add a complete shipping information to get into the next payment step. The PayPal button will be available after adding the shipping address. ( the single-page checkout in checkout settings will be more suitable for COD payment, we suggest switching to the double-page or standard checkout page, it will not lead to misleading)
