Learn about customer events reported to Klaviyo by SHOPLAZZA

After setting up the Public API Key for your store, the behavioral segmentations from your customers listed below will be automatically synchronized from your SHOPLAZZA store to Klaviyo.

 

  • Viewed Product
  • Added to Cart     
  • Reached Checkout
  • Placed Order
  • Ordered Product
  • Fulfilled Order
  • Cancelled Order
  • Refunded Order

 

1.Viewed Product

 Event data of this action will be recorded when customers view any products on your Shoplazza store.


2.Added to Cart

Event data of this action will be recorded when customers add any products to cart on your store. 

 

3.Reached Checkout

Event data of this action is recorded when the customer fill his or her contact and delivery information on the checkout page and clicks to proceed the checkout process.

 

The data is synchronized with the URL link of the checkout page on which a customer is making a payment for their shopping cart. If a customer opens an email promoting unpaid order fulfillment on a new device, the data related to the URL link of the checkout page associated with that cart will continue to be recorded.

 

4.Ordered Product

Event data will be recorded when customers make an order but individual data is recorded for each shopping cart product.

 

5.Fulfilled Order

Event data of this action will be recorded when the order is marked as "fulfilled" in your store.

 

6.Cancelled Order

Event data of this action will be recorded when customers create an order in your store then cancel it.

 

7.Refunded Order

Event data of this action will be recorded when a customer completes an order refund in your store (including: partially refund and fully refund).
