How to Manage Staff List?

After the staff account is successfully added, the corresponding data is displayed in the list, and the list data can be retrieved and viewed by the status and name, and the list data can also be operated (edit, delete, and send mail).

  1. Filter the list by status and name, or re-filter after resetting.


  1. Edit: Enter the edit page to proceed, you can edit the staff name and permissions, and the account number is not allowed to be edited.


  1. Delete: You will be asked whether you want to delete it again. If you confirm, the deletion is successful, otherwise the deletion fails.


  1. Send email: Staff who did not accept the invitation after clicking Send Email will receive the invitation email again.



*Email sending cannot be conducted frequently. If it is conducted frequently, a prompt will pop up.
