How to use Themes Editor 2.0

1、Introduction

The new structure of Theme Editor 2.0 has the following new features:

  • Toolbar adjustment on the right side of the editor:

      In the theme editor 1.0, the structure of the toolbar is left and right partition; the toolbar of the editor 2.0 is the upper and lower structure. To be more precise that block constitutes sections, and sections constitute your online store.

      Theme Editor 2.0 provides a bigger preview space for theme customization.

      Theme Editor 2.0 supports collapsing/expanding the section to make the theme structure clearer.

      Theme Editor 2.0 supports targeted addition, rearrangement and removal of sections and blocks, so as to make store customization more efficient.

  • Theme supported Apps:

       There are two types of sections in Theme Editor 2.0: Theme sections and App sections.

       The newly added App sections are plugins installed in the App store which supports the theme customization.

        Add Apps (theme supported)  through sections/blocks to any location in the store, and then set up the App.



2、Steps

1. Start here: SHOPLAZZA admin > Store > Themes. Find the theme that needs to be edited, and click “Customize”.

 

2. Collapse or expand section:click on the triangle button to collapse or expand the section.

3. Add section: Click "Add section", select the section to add to the store as needed, you can also select to add the App section.

 

4. Rearrange sections: move to drag and drop the sections to the position you want.

 

5. Set up section: click on the section to enter the section settings, and you can edit the general settings of the section.

 

 

6. Remove section: Click the section to enter the section settings, and click "Remove section" to remove the section.

 

7. Add section block: click "Add block" to proceed as needed, you can also select to add App block.

 

8. Rearrange block: expand the section, drag and drop the block freely.

9. Set up block: click to enter the block settings, you can set up the specific block of the section to achieve the desired effect.

 

10. Remove block: click to enter the block settings, and click "Remove block" to remove the block.

11. Theme settings: Click "Theme settings" at the toolbar on the right to set up the theme.
