How Do I Set Up Recovery Email Template?

1.Start here: SHOPLAZZA admin > Customers > Notifications > Marketing strategies


2.Click “New template” to add multiple recovery email notifications.


3.Set up an email template. You can set up the sending time and whether to include a coupon.


4.After setting up the template, go back to the template list to preview the newly added template.


5.If you are not satisfied with the email template and need to modify it, click “Modify sent email” on the template management page.


6.Click “New template”.


7.Select email template.


8.Click “Next” to edit the template.


9.Click “Save” to create the template, and go back to the template management page to set it as a default template.
