Viewing and Editing order details

When a customer purchases a product in your online store, a new order will be created in the Unfilled stage. You can view and edit each order separately by navigating to the unfulfilled order page. You can also change the delivery information for individual orders, refund or cancel an order, add or remove tags, and view the timeline.

Viewing unfulfilled orders

1. From your Shoplazza Admin > Orders > Unfulfilled > and click the Unfulfilled Order tab.

2. Choose the order you want to view and look through the details page.

3. On the Order details page, you can view different information, including:

Order Number Shipping Cost Taxes Total Price

Editing order details

If a customer requests to change the shipping address of the order, you can edit the delivery information in the order so it can be delivered to the right address.

1. From your Shoplazza Admin > Orders > Unfulfilled > and click the Unfulfilled Order tab.

2. Choose the order for which you want to change the order delivery information.

3. On the right panel of the Order details page, you can edit the Delivery information.

4. Click Save to complete the change.

Note: Delivery information can only be changed for Unfilled orders.

5. You can also perform different actions according to the order:

Add Tag Remove Tag Add Notes Cancel Order Refund Order

6. In the Shipping Status section, you can click "Fulfill items" to fulfill the order and update the shipping status.
