How Do I Change Store Information?

1.Store name

  • Start here: SHOPLAZZA admin > Settings > Store information

  • Select "Store name" to delete the original information and then enter the new name to save.


2.Owner’s email and Customer service email

  • Find the "owner email" and "customer service email" sections and click the fill-in box to edit or change the email.

  • “Save” the changes you made.


📘 Note:

* items must be filled in.

If the owner's email is not available when registering the store, it should be supplemented later.
