How to Edit Terms and Conditions Pages？

The terms and conditions page includes the following five templates: About Us, Contact Us, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. Shoplazza automatically generates these templates for merchants based on company information and privacy policies required for advertising.

With the simplified version of these pages automatically generated by our system, the merchant no longer needs to be concerned about non-compliance with advertising terms and other difficulties. At the same time, we also support merchants in customizing the content of these pages.

Your store is registered after Oct 1, 2022.
You have completed the following 3 steps on the Store Setup guide, including Add products, Shipping Setup, and Payment Setup.

Steps

Go to Shoplazza admin > Online Store > Pages.
Click to enter the page you want to edit.
Edit to customize the page accordingly.
Click Save.
