Merchant Notifications are triggered by events like a new order being placed, an order being fulfilled, or a review having been submitted.
- From your Shoplazza admin, go to Settings > Merchant notifications.
- On the Merchant notifications page, tick the box to enable the following notifications.
- Order notifications: Order confirmation email will be sent to you automatically once the payment is completed.
- Delivery notifications: You will receive a delivery confirmation email once the customer confirms that they have received the package.
- Review notifications: Setting up a rating alert for a particular product will help you respond with efficiency.
- Click Preview to see an example of notifications.
- Tick the box again to disable the feature.
The merchant notification template does not support customization.
