How to Enable / Disable Merchant Nitofication?

Merchant Notifications are triggered by events like a new order being placed, an order being fulfilled, or a review having been submitted. 

Steps

  1. From your Shoplazza admin, go to Settings > Merchant notifications.
  2. On the Merchant notifications page, tick the box to enable the following notifications. 
  • Order notifications: Order confirmation email will be sent to you automatically once the payment is completed.
  • Delivery notifications: You will receive a delivery confirmation email once the customer confirms that they have received the package.
  • Review notifications: Setting up a rating alert for a particular product will help you respond with efficiency.
  1. Click Preview to see an example of notifications.
  2. Tick the box again to disable the feature.

Note

The merchant notification template does not support customization.
